At the entrance to the home and every room, on the right side of the doorway, in the upper third of the doorpost.

Every doorway of a residence, factory, or office: bedrooms, living rooms, etc.
Where is a mezuzah not placed?
In bathrooms or restrooms.
What is the significance of the mezuzah?
A mitzvah that reminds residents and visitors of their connection to Judaism and God's protection.
From what age is one obligated to put on tefillin?
From Bar Mitzvah age (13) and up.
When are tefillin put on?
Every morning on weekdays (not on Shabbat and holidays).
Where are the tefillin placed?
Tefillin shel yad (hand), on the left arm.
What is tzitzit and when is it worn?
Tzitzit are strings tied to the four corners of a garment.
