What blessing is said when immersing utensils?

'Blessed... who sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us regarding the immersion of utensils'

    In detail

When immersing utensils, the blessing is: 'Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech Ha'olam, asher kidshanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu al tevilat kelim' ('Blessed are You... who commanded us regarding the immersion of utensils'). The utensil must be completely submerged in the mikveh water. Labels and stickers should be removed first so water touches every part of the surface.
