What blessing is said when wrapping in a tallit?
'Blessed... who sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to wrap ourselves in tzitzit'
Source: Shulchan Aruch OC 8
In detail
When wrapping in a tallit (prayer shawl), the blessing is: 'Baruch Atah Adonai... asher kidshanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu l'hitatef b'tzitzit' ('...who commanded us to wrap ourselves in tzitzit'). The tallit gadol is worn during morning prayers and wraps around the body like a garment.
