What blessings are said before and after Seven Species fruits?

Before: Pri Ha'Etz, after; Me'ein Shalosh

    Source: Shulchan Aruch OC 208

    In detail

For fruits of the Seven Species that grow on trees, grapes (and raisins), figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates, the before-blessing is 'Borei pri ha'etz' and the after-blessing is 'Me'ein Shalosh.' Note that wheat and barley, though also Seven Species, are grains and receive different blessings (Mezonot/HaMotzi). The key rule: Seven Species tree-fruits get 'pri ha'etz' + 'Me'ein Shalosh'; non-Seven-Species tree-fruits get 'pri ha'etz' + 'Borei Nefashot.'
