Is there a concluding blessing for a scent?

No concluding blessing, only the initial one

    Source: Shulchan Aruch OC 217

    In detail

Unlike food blessings which have both an initial and a concluding blessing, fragrance blessings have only the initial blessing, there is no after-blessing for scents. The reason is that scent, unlike food, is not physically consumed and doesn't provide material sustenance to the body. The blessing before smelling is an expression of gratitude for the pleasure God created, but since nothing was physically taken in, no concluding blessing is required.
